In collaboration with isolutions, the entire IT was migrated to the cloud within a short space of time and all data was successfully transferred. This transformation not only included the renewal of the entire IT infrastructure, but also the modernization of the workstations for the employees.

It was clear from the outset that the IT environment would be operated as a managed service (Workplace as a Service) once the project was completed. From managing all workstations to monitoring the entire server and application landscape in the Azure Cloud with «Azure Operation as a Service», isolutions takes care of all IT requirements, while Helion focuses on the development of business solutions and the associated customer experience.

As the workplace is based on the Microsoft 365 environment, the security offering was built on Microsoft's security mechanisms accordingly. Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Server, as EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response) solutions, serve to protect clients and servers. In a second step, the other Defender components were also activated as XDR (Extended Detection & Response) to secure e-mail communication, Microsoft Teams, user profiles and the entire M365 environment. The Security Operations Team at isolutions analyzes all alerts and incidents.
