- Creative collaboration and implementation of campaigns.
- Leading exciting projects, from requirements analysis, to the successful implementation of benefit-oriented CRM solutions.
- Project responsibility in terms of quality, time and budget, together with your motivated project team.
- The opportunity to advise customers, implement your own innovative solutions and thus build a long-term successful cooperation.
- The creation of solutions based on modern customer engagement technologies of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
- You are the contact person for stakeholders and present your ongoing projects to committees at all hierarchical levels.
We would like you to have:
- A degree at tertiary education level (university or UAS).
- Several years of experience in IT project management and advantageously CRM implementation projects, ideally with an external service provider.
- A motivated, proactive and curious personality.
- In-depth experience and competence in stakeholder engagement as well as level-appropriate communication.
- Communication and negotiation skills at decision maker level.
- Professional proficiency in German as well as very good English skills
- Flexibility to travel in German-speaking Switzerland.
