This is what you get up for in the morning:
- As a Senior Account Manager in the Energy and X-Markets sector, you are the primary contact for our most important clients and are responsible for their support, development, and retention
- You take full 360-degree responsibility for your clients and handle team-specific sales tasks for both existing and new customers. By demonstrating clear customer value, you generate additional sales opportunities
- You manage the entire sales process through to a successful closing
- You continue to develop the growth strategy and implement new customer and sales plans
- As an ambassador of the isolutions vision, you inspire clients through product presentations, customer events, and other industry-specific occasions
We would like you to:
- Several years of experience in key account management of IT services and complex solutions, ideally in the solutions business
- Proven sales success and an existing network in the Swiss market
- A passion for the Microsoft technology platform
- Ideally a higher education in business administration or business informatics (HF/FH/UNI)
- You have a high level of social and methodological competence and a strong presence even in uncertain, unknown situations
- You are a «people person», make new contacts easily and have a talent for gaining the trust of others quickly and sustainably
- Willingness to travel in Switzerland
- Workplace in Zurich, Bern or Basel
