- Gathering and implementing technical and functional requirements in your projects
- Advising customers on their digital transformation journey
We would like you to:
- A completed IT apprenticeship (specializing in system technology). A related degree (BSc) is a plus
- 3–5 years of experience as a System or Workplace Engineer in a Microsoft environment
- Experience in Windows Client Engineering
- Initial project experience with Microsoft 365, Entra, and Microsoft Intune
- A motivated, communicative, and reliable individual who enjoys taking responsibility and thrives in a dynamic, growing environment
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Availability of 80% or more, with a primary workplace in Bern, Zurich, or Basel, and willingness to travel within Switzerland
