- You develop a marketing strategy that excites, engages, and makes isolutions a truly unique brand
- You are the heart and mind of our marketing team: you lead, inspire, and elevate your team to the next level
- You execute creative campaigns that impress customers, partners, and talents alike
- You stay ahead of trends, test new approaches, and take our digital presence to the next level – from SEO and SEA to social media
- You are responsible for the creation and execution of scalable marketing campaigns and demand-generation programs with a focus on lead generation and pipeline building
- You craft memorable stories – through content, events, and across all channels
- You bring innovative ideas, work closely with management, and provide impulses that shape and advance our company
- You represent isolutions externally – at events, in networks, and wherever our brand can shine
We would like you to:
- Several years of experience in strategic marketing and team leadership – ideally in the IT services industry
- Advanced education in marketing, communications, or comparable qualifications (HF/FH/UNI)
- Solid expertise in digital marketing, content creation, media relations, and event management
- You are fluent in SEO, SEA, and social media
- Extensive experience with B2B online marketing tactics and marketing automation tools like Dynamics 365, HubSpot, etc.
- A passion for creative approaches and the courage to try new things. Interest in IT topics and the Microsoft ecosystem is a plus
- Excellent German and English skills – as well as the ability to convey complex content in an engaging and straightforward way
