This is what you get up for in the morning:
- You advise our clients in developing and implementing their digital strategy.
- You analyze their needs, challenges, and goals. You shape and lead digital transformations by conceiving and implementing innovative solutions.
- You work with the latest technologies in the Microsoft Stack, such as Azure, Copilot, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Microsoft 365, serving as the interface between our clients and our internal expert teams.
- You ensure quality and successful project management, bringing in your experience and best practices, contributing to knowledge exchange, and enhancing our consulting capabilities.
We would like you to have:
- You have at least five years of experience as a Consultant in the service sector.
- You have demonstrated success in shaping and leading digital transformations.
- You are familiar with common innovation tools, which you can apply and teach.
- You have a good understanding of the technology landscape, especially the Microsoft Stack.
- In terms of your personality, you are communicative, customer oriented, and a team player. You possess a high degree of flexibility, a willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
- You are fluent in both German and English.
