Do you want to put your experience into practice with us and take our Finance and Operations department to the next level? Then you will be our future COO/CFO and in this role also a member of our Executive Board. You will work hand in hand with our CEO, advising the Executive Board and the Board of Directors to drive the company's development and ensure profitable growth

This is what you get up for in the morning:

  • Managing the entire finance department from budgeting to monthly reporting, rolling forecasting and the annual financial statements
  • Personnel and technical management of the teams for Finance, Office Management, Project Management, Operations Management/Quality Assurance, CISO organization and internal IT
  • Ongoing optimization of the entire lead-to-cash process chain through the further development and
  • Implementation of operational applications for the management of isolutions business operations
  • Ensuring the performance management system including KPIs
  • Maintaining and continuously developing our quality management system (current ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications)
  • Data analyses, development of decision bases, validation of various scenarios/options for action from a business perspective
  • Coach and sparring partner for the business unit leads in the management of their business units to
  • Ensuring the achievement of objectives
  • Participation in the success of the company

 

We would like you to:

  • You have a specialist certificate in finance or a university degree in business administration or controlling.
  • You have several years of experience and solid specialist knowledge in controlling and finance in service companies, ideally IT service providers.
  • You work in an analytical, structured and uncomplicated manner and find innovative and sustainable solutions both independently and as part of a team.
  • You are enthusiastic about an interdisciplinary field of work, have a passion for IT and love to recognize connections through your networked way of thinking.
  • You feel comfortable in a dynamic and growing environment, enjoy processes and can also contribute confidently at C-level.
  • You are adept at using MS Office and other tools such as Business Central.
  • You are characterized by strong self-management skills, a high degree of flexibility and the ability to prioritize correctly.
  • Employment level of 80-100%.
