Do you have a passion for cloud technologies and enjoy helping customers with technical challenges?

Are you excited about managing cloud platforms and supporting our customers in 2nd-level support? Do you enjoy taking responsibility for connecting customer environments to Microsoft Cloud services? Are you a hands-on person and a dedicated supporter?

As part of our motivated Operations Crew in Managed Cloud Services, you’ll be responsible for supporting our customer inquiries. Together, we ensure our customers are successful with our cloud solutions and that their IT runs smoothly.

  • 2nd-level support for customer environments
  • Actively shaping the digital future of our clients #weshapethefuture
  • Shared responsibility for configuring and operating cloud workplace environments with Windows 11, Copilot, Azure Active Directory, Office 365, and Intune
  • Analyzing, troubleshooting, and documenting user issues
  • Creating documentation, guides, checklists, and maintaining the knowledge base
  • Processing and monitoring changes, incidents, and issues with external partners
  • Conducting internal and external training sessions

We would like you to:

  • Completed training as an IT specialist and ideally an advanced degree (HF/FH) or the intention to complete one
  • Support experience and ideally knowledge of the Microsoft environment
  • Experience with Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Intune
  • Proficiency with Windows Server and Microsoft 365
  • Independent work style, customer-oriented thinking, and high standards of quality
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for customer contact
  • Fluent German and good English skills; French and/or Italian is a great advantage
  • Full-time availability, with main work locations in Bern, Zurich, or Basel, and willingness to travel within Switzerland
