Do you have a passion for cloud technologies and enjoy helping customers with technical challenges?
As part of our motivated Service Desk team in the Managed Cloud Services division, you are the first point of contact for all customer enquiries. Together, we ensure that our customers are successful with our cloud solutions and that their IT runs smoothly.

We would like you to:
- Higher education (FH/Uni/ETH) in computer science, mathematics/statistics or physics
- 3+ years of experience with Databricks and/or Azure Synapse
- Very good Python knowledge. Snowflake and DBT know-how an advantage
- Interest in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. Knowledge of Azure, Git and Azure DevOps an advantage
- Strong consulting skills to present your ideas convincingly Very good analytical and conceptual skills
- A high degree of initiative and personal motivation to drive topics forward independently and in a goal-oriented manner
- Interested in a workload of 80 - 100%, main place of work in Bern, Zurich or Basel and flexible willingness to travel in German-speaking Switzerland
