Do you have a passion for cloud technologies and enjoy helping customers with technical challenges?
As part of our motivated Service Desk team in the Managed Cloud Services division, you are the first point of contact for all customer enquiries. Together, we ensure that our customers are successful with our cloud solutions and that their IT runs smoothly.

- Receive, process, and resolve incident reports, inquiries, and change requests
- Directly resolve issues via remote support or communicate workaround solutions
- Capture necessary information and classify inquiries via phone and ticketing system
- Monitor inquiries, incidents, and issues through to their final resolution
We would like you to:
- You have a customer- and service-oriented personality and an engaged, independent working style
- A motivated, communicative, and reliable person who enjoys taking responsibility and thrives in a dynamic, growing environment
- You are a proactive individual who recognizes what needs to be done and independently takes on tasks
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), ServiceNow, and knowledge of ITIL
- You aim for the highest customer satisfaction and actively help to continuously improve our service
- You make use of and promote our development opportunities
- Very good German and good English skills
- Interested in a workload of 80-100%, with a primary work location in Bern, Zurich, or Basel, and a flexible willingness to travel within German-speaking Switzerland
