This is what you get up for in the morning:

You advise our customers on the challenges of optimizing and digitizing customer processes (CRM/CX) in marketing, sales or customer service

You analyze their needs, challenges and goals

You design and support digital transformations by designing and implementing innovative solutions
-
You design modern end-to-end CRM and CX solutions for our customers based on the Microsoft stack such as Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 or Copilot and are thus also the interface between our customers and our internal specialist teams

You successfully support our customers with change and project management in the optimization of customer relationship management
We would like you to:

At least three years experience as a consultant in a service environment

Proven experience in marketing, sales, customer service or as a consultant

Good understanding of the technology environment

Ideally you already have experience with the Microsoft stack

A (technical) university degree in business administration, digital business management, business informatics or similar
-
Excellent German and very good English skills and willingness to travel in German speaking Switzerland
