- Exciting projects where you get to know our clients' businesses, analyze their requirements, prioritize them, and define them in detail
- Efficient processes in the CRM area (Sales/Service/Marketing), which you design based on the product standard of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Power Platform components)
- High-quality solutions, which you develop together with the project manager and our technical implementation team
- Collaboration in a team of specialists in their fields, from whom you can learn a lot
- A multi-month, accompanying training at Microsoft* (approx. 1 day per week) – as part of your onboarding at isolutions
*Dependent on the availability of training and available slots at Microsoft
We would like you to bring:
- Education – a degree from a university of applied sciences in Business Administration, Digital Business Management, Business Information Technology, or a comparable field
- Experience with CRM topics – ideally, initial experience with processes or tools related to Sales, Service, and/or Marketing
- Work experience – experience on the side of an external service provider is an advantage
- Experience in process analysis and requirements definition within software projects
- Passion for technology trends
- Excellent German and very good English skills, along with a willingness to travel within the German-speaking part of Switzerland
