Job Description
Do you have a passion for state-of-the-art technologies and want to work in a dynamic environment?
This is what you get up for in the morning:
- Supervision of user stories from requirements gathering to implementation according to stakeholder requirements
- Customization (no code or low-code), testing and deployment of adaptations
- Release management
- Answering user queries and solving user queries
- Troubleshooting application malfunctions to ensure that operations run as smoothly as possible
- Carrying out user training and maintaining user documentation
- Maintaining the applications, including upgrades and updates, in order to install them as quickly as possible
- User and rights management within the applications in accordance with the specifications
- License management of the applications
- Coordination with external suppliers and partners
We would like you to:
- Experience in a comparable position
- Application-specific know-how (SNOW Platform, M365, Dynamics 365 Sales, Business Central) an advantage
- Structured, independent way of working
- Very good knowledge of English (dev team in Barcelona), very good knowledge of German for coordination with stakeholders
- Degree in business informatics or business administration
- Main working location in Bern, Zurich, or Basel, with a flexible approach to traveling within the German speaking region of Switzerland
