Our isolutions Academy offers various modules, tracks and training sessions to perfectly suit your individual development. The Academy offers training in a broad range of topics, from product training on the latest Microsoft products to effectively handling business situations. You’ll learn everything you need for successful project deployment. We offer talented young people, graduates and people just starting out in their careers the opportunity to complete a traineeship in the fields of consulting or development, enabling them to gain a foothold in their day-to-day work as quickly as possible. We also have opportunities for interns and apprentices in the fields of application development and system technology.
We offer a wide range of courses to help make you an everyday hero in your workplace. Our experts will share their knowledge in the areas of SharePoint, Office 365 and CRM, offering best practice tips and empowering you to get your job done faster and more efficiently. For example, you’ll gain the knowledge you need for certification exams and learn how to apply this knowledge to your everyday work. Our courses incorporate experience gained from more than 250 customer projects so training is always practical and relevant.

Apprenticeships at isolutions
Does the world of ICT make your heart beat faster? Are you passionate about computers, do you build your own websites, are you curious about the cloud or enjoy writing code? Would you like to turn your passion into a profession and complete an apprenticeship as an ICT specialist or computer scientist EFZ specializing in application or platform development at isolutions? Or do you want to support our crew as a media technician, digital business or KV apprentice? Then we want to hear from you! When you complete your apprenticeship with us, you will become part of a dedicated, innovative and skilled team that will motivate you to perform at your best and support you in successfully completing your apprenticeship. In your first year of training, you will work on exciting customer projects and immerse yourself in the latest Microsoft-based technologies.
Modern IT Academy
As part of the Modern IT Academy, you or your employer can choose for you to complete the first year of your apprenticeship at isolutions. And through our partnership with Microsoft Switzerland, the specialists at Microsoft will show you where the future is heading – so you are always one step ahead. The Modern IT Academy teaches you the basics you need for successful IT training. We are also committed to inclusion and individuality. Because we value social responsibility, the Academy offers young people from all walks of life the opportunity to enter the IT industry.
Internship / Trainee

Deepen your knowledge in an internship
We are passionate about what we do, learn from the best and are happy to share our knowledge. Together we want to grow and offer young talents insights into the daily business of the IT industry. As part of an internship, you can be on the front line at isolutions and learn from our cracks. You will be introduced to specialist ICT topics, take on initial project responsibility and gain in-depth insights into the latest Microsoft technologies.

Trainee - your chance to develop
Are you a graduate in business informatics, computer science or business administration and would like to put what you have learned into practice? Do you also like the IT industry? Then an isolutions traineeship is just the right thing for you!
Within the scope of our traineeships, you can develop yourself on the job and deepen your skills. We offer traineeships in the areas of technical consulting, business consulting, bid management and software development. The traineeships, which are tailored to the respective function, last one to two years. The most important thing is that you can already work actively on projects in the first few months. We follow the blended learning approach and offer in-house trainings as well as external modules. Your traineeship within our isolutions Academy will help you to develop into a top crack.
